Employee Effective Date

Your Personal Benefits will become effective on your Personal Benefits Eligibility Date provided you are the Actively at Work as an Employee. If you are not then Actively at Work as an Employee, your Personal Benefits will become effective on the date of your return to Active Work as an Employee.
